Do I have to load with 4,000-5,000 calories during the Load Phase?

Yes! Loading helps prepare your metabolism for fat burning. Focus on healthy fats and carbs, and don’t stress—it’s a short-term step with big benefits.

Can I start the program during my menstrual cycle?

Yes, although the best time to start is toward the end of your cycle to minimize water retention. Weight loss may appear slower during your cycle, but it will normalize afterward.

What if I don’t hit my weight loss goal in 60 days?

Every body is unique, and some clients may need a little more time. Stick with the program, and know that with consistency, you’ll reach your goals.

Maintenance Phase

How do I reintroduce foods after the Reduction Phase?

Gradually add in healthy carbs like quinoa, sweet potatoes, or whole grains in small portions. Monitor how your body responds, and maintain portion control.

Will I gain weight during the Maintenance Phase?

Some fluctuation is normal, but following the maintenance guidelines will help you stabilize your weight. If needed, return to Reduction Phase habits for a few days to get back on track.

How long should I stay in the Maintenance Phase?

At least 30 days to reset your metabolism and stabilize your results. You can continue this lifestyle indefinitely for ongoing health and balance.
